The saga of Eik the Viking is supposed to be a collaboration between the preschool children in Hämeenlinna and the students of VIA University College. We hope to tell an interesting story together across national and cultural borders.
We establish the main character and setting in the very first video we upload to the blog.
After this we would like the children and possibly their parents to help the story along and upload their tribute to the blog. We encourage them to be creative in their response as to how the story should proceed.
We take the children’s tribute and develop the story even further. Then we upload the next chapter and wait for the children to respond – and so on and so forth.
